Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To look after entire Club House Operations such as Banquet, Events, Theater, Community Events, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, all Indoor Games, Reservations, Housekeeping and many more.
  • Handling pre-shift staff briefing, creative duty roaster and shift management.
  • Allocate the duties and responsibilities among the staff.
  • Take care of all Residents queries and complaints and make sure its solve in a satisfactory way.
  • Assist Management in making and applying new marketing techniques and strategies to maximize the profit.
  • Organize festivals celebration, personal events and cultural events.
  • Arrange, Organize and conduct various classes in Club House.
  • Create and implement a marketing and PR strategy and plan for specific areas of business.
  • Keep an eye and follow new market trends to attract more business to the company.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness at the back of house and front of the house in the Club House.
  • Maintain Inventory and stock order.
  • Proactive style of managing with excellent interpersonal skills, easy rapport with staff, management and Residents.
  • Responsible for smooth operation of the reception area while ensuring flawless presentation of the club and its staff at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors /Master’s degree (Regular Course) in Hospitality Operations/ Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a recognized college/institute/university.

  • Preferably, 7 to 10 years of working experience in the Hospitality Department as a Club House Manager or a similar role working with Hospitality/Property Management Company.
  • Prior experience in managing a hospitality team at reputed 4/5 star hotels would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the Hospitality Operations and Catering Technology.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good financial awareness and strong management skills.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional time management and crisis management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Willing to work for Extended hours.
